I would suggest screen capturing yourself and then speeding up the video. 1x videos of people working end up super boring unless you are really efficient.
i dont like to watch the sped up videos because it takes away from the teaching it provides. I can never actually see how they do their brush strokes or how detailed they are and whatnot.
But I can understand why people wouldnt want to watch 5 hours of drawing. So maybe I'll do a bit of both sped up and non-sped up processes.
There's nothing to lose in not doing it, so go ahead. I would watch some of it.

From experience, I can tell you that the best way to manage Livestream viewers is through Twitter and/or Facebook. Without it, most people will forget to even check. You're more likely to pull in bored people that way.
